Providing strategic support to various business units, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will offer guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance while implementing development strategies to meet organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Advise Managers and Employees on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict management
- Interpret and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and policies
- Partner with business areas to implement strategies for individual and organizational development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a major HR function with increasing responsibility
- Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws
- Understanding of employee benefit plans, compensation, and staffing
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
