HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support global business functions, the remote HR Business Partner will define talent strategies, lead organizational design, and provide executive coaching while collaborating with regional HR leaders to ensure a consistent employee experience across all locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify business challenges and create a multi-year global HR roadmap for assigned functions
- Lead organizational design initiatives and manage the annual global talent review and succession planning process
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on people-related decisions and performance management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role in global/matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed environment
- Exceptional communication skills to manage functional and regional tensions
- Proficiency with Workday and a data-driven approach to HR analytics
