HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a main point of contact for HR, the full-time remote Associate Director/Director, HR Business Partner will drive performance through people, build strong relationships with business leaders, and promote a positive workplace culture while managing various HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with business and functional leaders, acting as the main HR contact for teams up through VP-level
• Provide coaching and guidance on employment issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and talent management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or law degree preferred
• 8+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational design
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills with experience in workplace investigations
