HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Position Responsibilities

• Partner with business clients and stakeholders to support talent matters such as employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement HR processes and initiatives in alignment with company values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Analyze employee data to guide decision-making and provide solutions to leaders

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge in employment law and HR fundamentals
• Experience building people policy and process from the ground up
• Proven ability to coach managers and teams, and effectively resolve conflicts
• Experience as a strategic partner and coach to executive-level leadership
• Agile and able to multitask, prioritize and meet all needs independently
