Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with business clients and stakeholders to support talent matters such as employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and conflict resolution
Develop and implement HR processes and initiatives in alignment with company values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion
Analyze employee data to guide decision-making and provide solutions to leaders

Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge in employment law and HR fundamentals
Experience building people policy and process from the ground up
Proven ability to coach managers and teams, and effectively resolve conflicts
Experience as a strategic partner and coach to executive-level leadership
Agile and able to multitask, prioritize and meet all needs independently
