Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner with a flexible and innovative approach to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to people managers
• Serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building a diverse and inclusive team
• Develop and implement impactful people strategies to enable effective performance and efficient scaling

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a talent organization within a lean work environment
• Multiple years of experience in a SaaS company
• Solid foundation of U.S. employment law and ability to apply it effectively
• Experience partnering with leaders to build and execute a talent strategy
• Comfort with high ambiguity and ability to adapt to frequent change and growth
