Job Summary

Advise and coach managers and associates on HR-related matters

Facilitate excellence in HR management by supporting change management and organizational development strategies

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in HR functions or relevant roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
Experience in implementing and managing talent management initiatives
Proficiency with MS Office suite - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
