Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and coach managers and associates on HR-related matters
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and analytics
- Facilitate excellence in HR management by supporting change management and organizational development strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR functions or relevant roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
- Experience in implementing and managing talent management initiatives
- Proficiency with MS Office suite - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
