Job Summary

Supporting core HR processes, the full-time salaried HR Business Partner Associate will facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation while acting as a trusted partner to employees and managers in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate and execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
  • Analyze data and trends to support HR and business decision-making while contributing to key HR initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into an HRBP role
