Job Summary

To support regional HR initiatives, the remote HR Business Partner - CA Licensed will collaborate with leadership on talent management strategies, workforce planning, and employee development while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the HR strategy for the region, aligning initiatives with business goals
• Lead communication and implementation of Talent Management initiatives with leadership
• Guide workforce planning, capability assessment, and succession planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in Human Resources functions
• Multi-unit management experience preferred for internal applicants
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Proficiency in technology for data gathering and presentation, including HRIS systems
