Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, HRBP Prestige.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support key value creation and transformation projects aligned with strategic goals
• Enhance HR infrastructure by improving access to People data and addressing technology gaps
• Partner with Brand HR Communities to elevate HR practices and manage critical US-focused initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering transformative change projects in complex organizations
• Experience in HR Business partnering within a matrixed organization
• Knowledge of HR expertise areas such as talent, learning, or reward is preferred
• Strong business acumen with an analytical, data-driven mindset
• Knowledge of US employment law is desirable
