HR Business Partner Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HRBP.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned business units, developing collaborative relationships with leadership
• Lead performance management activities and identify talent development needs
• Guide teams through organizational change and support employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in the biotech/pharma environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into people strategies
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City or Boston office on a hybrid schedule
