• Analyze workforce trends to provide insights and develop HR solutions aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience overseeing an employee relations team and managing complex employee relations matters
• Strong knowledge of employment law and experience in a healthcare or multi-site operations environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools
