Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate People Operations Director (HR Business Partner).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Lead the annual talent review and succession planning process, identifying high-potential employees and closing skills gaps
• Drive organizational effectiveness by auditing team structures and ensuring consistency with the company culture

Required Qualifications

• HR Certification - PHR, SHRM-CP minimum strongly preferred
• At least 6 years of HR experience, with 2 years in an HR Business Partner role
• Familiarity with recruiting, learning and talent development trends, and HR compliance
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools for HR administrative tasks
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations
