Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leaders to develop a people plan aligned with business goals
• Lead organization design and change efforts to enhance team effectiveness
• Utilize people data to identify trends and drive actions for improved outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner in a technology-related field
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing HR teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR information systems, preferably Workday
