Job Summary

To support the growth of the Medical Group, the full-time salaried HR Business Partner Director will deliver strategic HR partnership, workforce insights, and leadership guidance in a remote healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and scale the HRBP partnership model while supporting complex workforce and business decisions
  • Serve as the primary people advisor to Medical Group executives and clinical operations leadership
  • Lead workforce strategy and planning, aligning capacity models with growth and provider coverage needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner leadership
  • Experience supporting clinical or regulated healthcare populations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational design
  • Ability to operate with sound judgment and executive presence while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving
