Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Director, HR Business Partner - Global Tax and Treasury will translate function strategy into people and culture priorities, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Leads people and culture processes, including talent assessment and performance management
• Provides practical solutions to enhance performance, engagement, and productivity within the function
• Partners in developing people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational transformation

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 10 years or more
• Experience working with global senior leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations
• Expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development
• Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that drive transformation and high performance
• Experience in supporting specialized functions such as Tax or Treasury
