HR Business Partner Director

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders in Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty, the full-time salaried Director, People Business Partner will align people strategy with enterprise objectives, leveraging data insights to drive talent decisions and leading initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build organizational capabilities and processes in collaboration with business leaders
• Leverage data insights to support strategy-focused talent decisions and drive talent acquisition and performance management processes
• Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and organizational change while collaborating with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of HR experience, including 2 years in creating and implementing people strategy
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent HR designation
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively across various constituencies
• Experience with workforce planning, organization design, and change management in a complex global organization
