Job Summary
Delivering best practices and business-focused solutions, the full-time Associate People Operations Director will manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives while reporting to the VP of People Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Lead annual talent review and succession planning processes to identify high-potential employees and close skills gaps
- Drive organizational effectiveness by auditing team structures and ensuring alignment with the company culture
Required qualifications
- HR Certification - PHR, SHRM-CP minimum strongly preferred
- At least 6 years of HR experience, with 2 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Familiarity with recruiting, learning and talent development trends, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools for HR tasks and internal communications
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred
