Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders in the Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty sectors, the full-time salaried Director, People Business Partner will align people strategy with enterprise objectives, leveraging data insights to drive talent decisions and enhance organizational capabilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to identify and build organizational capabilities and processes
• Utilize data insights to support strategy-focused talent decisions
• Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of HR experience, with 2 years in creating and implementing people strategies
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent HR designation
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively across various levels
• Knowledge and experience in workforce planning and organizational design
