Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations matters and partner with HR leadership on complex cases
  • Provide HR guidance to leaders and assist with organizational changes and performance cycles
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to streamline HR processes and improve onboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
  • Experience in HR operations and benefits functions
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance, preferably in a multi-state context
  • Experience leading onboarding or new hire orientation programs
  • Operational mindset for process improvement and ability to work autonomously
