Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters and partner with HR leadership on complex cases
- Provide HR guidance to leaders and assist with organizational changes and performance cycles
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to streamline HR processes and improve onboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
- Experience in HR operations and benefits functions
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance, preferably in a multi-state context
- Experience leading onboarding or new hire orientation programs
- Operational mindset for process improvement and ability to work autonomously
