Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative support to manage and resolve employee relations and performance issues
  • Coach and guide management to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness and engagement
  • Act as a culture champion, promoting company values and supporting change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or SHRM certification is required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in an HRBP or employee relations role
  • Broad working knowledge of HR disciplines including employment law and performance management practices
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is desired
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence across multiple levels
