Job Summary

A company is looking for aHR Business Partner Generalist in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solution-oriented relationships with managers and employees, providing guidance and clarity on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner, keeping all necessary parties informed
  • Collaborate with front-line leadership through advice, coaching, and counsel to improve work relationships, build morale, and improve engagement and retention metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a global company with multiple departmental verticals
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state compensation, employment, and benefits laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
