HR Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner Manager for its Hospice division on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching for mid-management leaders
• Serve as lead support for escalated employee relations matters and conduct investigations
• Analyze employee relations trends to proactively identify risks and recommend prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred
• Minimum of three years of HR Generalist experience, including employee relations and compliance
• Experience in a healthcare setting and/or multi-state organization is preferred
• Proven experience in both high-impact and operational HR roles
• Accreditations such as CHAMP, CSAM, and ITIL are preferred
