HR Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner Manager for the Hospice sector on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching for mid-management leaders
• Lead support for escalated employee relations matters and conduct investigations
• Analyze employee relations trends to identify risks and recommend prevention strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred
• A minimum of three years of HR Generalist experience, including employee relations
• Experience in a healthcare setting and/or multi-state organization is preferred
• Proven experience in high-impact and operational HR roles
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications and IT service management
