HR Business Partner Project Manager

Job Summary

A media and marketing solutions company is looking for an HR Business Partner Project Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify projects, develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress
• Use data-driven approaches to drive meaningful action and measure results in areas like engagement, attrition, succession planning D&I, etc

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employment, wage and hour, OSH, and other related laws and regulations
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of an HRIS system
