Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting senior leaders
• Proven track record as a strategic HR partner
• Excellent social and communication skills with expertise in coaching and influencing business management
• Collaborative and adaptable approach, fostering trust, inclusion, and belonging
• Deep experience with employee relations and knowledge of employment law
