Job Summary

Supporting organizational effectiveness, the full-time remote HR Business Partner SHRM-CP will build relationships with executives and management, providing strategic HR support in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Builds business partner relationships with executives and management to understand goals and identify solutions for systemic issues
  • Analyzes HR trends and metrics, partnering with leaders to develop effective people solutions and policies
  • Coaches managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, while conducting investigations on complex issues
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or HRCI Certified
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive situations professionally
