Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support focusing on HR legal compliance through program offerings
Manage administration of HR programs including benefits, workers compensation, and leave of absence
Facilitate employee relations investigations and serve as main contact for benefit inquiries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Minimum of 8 years experience in HR Generalist role
Experience with internal ticketing systems and researching regulations
Ability to obtain a United States secret security clearance
