Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support focusing on HR legal compliance through program offerings
  • Manage administration of HR programs including benefits, workers compensation, and leave of absence
  • Facilitate employee relations investigations and serve as main contact for benefit inquiries

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HR Generalist role
  • Experience with internal ticketing systems and researching regulations
  • Ability to obtain a United States secret security clearance
