HR Business Partner V

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner V for a temporary remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Employee Relations support, coaching, and thought partnership for all employees and management levels
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive proactive solutions for employee relations
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional partners to implement solutions and support global strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner role
• Experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Ability to use data to identify insights and drive action
• Experience supporting complex performance management cases
