Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with Technical Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage top technical talent while managing the full cycle recruiting process
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support employee experience activities
• Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making and contribute to training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions
• Prior experience in a software or SaaS technology company
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
