HR Business Partners Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR leadership and align HR strategies with company objectives
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition and development
• Utilize HR analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators and inform workforce planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of global HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience in strategic HR planning and building relationships with senior leaders
• Experience in a global organization or complex, matrixed environment is desirable
