Job Summary

A company is looking for HR Business Sales Corporate Partner Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives
• Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance, and engagement
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on refining sales compensation strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP-specific role and 8+ years in HR
• Deep understanding of HR programs including compensation and performance management
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complex strategy discussions
• Analytically driven and excellent influencing skills
• Knowledge and experience in technology businesses and global HR practices
