HR Cases Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing and investigating customer and transactional data, the full-time HR Cases Analyst will identify and confirm suspicious activity while filing reports with regulatory agencies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity
• File suspicious activity reports (SARs) and currency transaction reports (CTRs) with regulatory agencies
• Maintain service levels and manage workload in accordance with policies and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Self-sufficient and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
