Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Change Management & Training Lead to support a global HR transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global change management, communication, and training strategies for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment across global and regional HR teams
  • Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, including curriculum development and train-the-trainer models
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in change management and training for large-scale enterprise or HR system implementations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technologies, and global operating models
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
