HR Colleague Relations Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Colleague Relations Partner I (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide support in employee relations processes
• Coach and consult managers and employees on performance issues and corrective actions
• Conduct investigations for Ethics Helpline complaints and prepare reports on employee relations trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline; JD or Master's preferred
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Ability to understand statistical inferences and metrics
• Broad HR generalist skills including employee relations
• Technical expertise with state and federal regulations regarding labor laws preferred
