Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation and competitive data to set pay levels and support total rewards programs
- Manage salary survey data and ensure accurate compensation benchmarks
- Design and present dashboards and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous experience as an HR Compensation Specialist, preferably with a Total Rewards background and CCP designation or willingness to obtain it
- Executive compensation background
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday HCM, and data analysis tools
- Self-driven and adaptable, able to work independently and in teams
- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet
