A company is looking for an HR Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze compensation and competitive data to set pay levels and support total rewards programs
  • Manage salary survey data and ensure accurate compensation benchmarks
  • Design and present dashboards and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Previous experience as an HR Compensation Specialist, preferably with a Total Rewards background and CCP designation or willingness to obtain it
  • Executive compensation background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday HCM, and data analysis tools
  • Self-driven and adaptable, able to work independently and in teams
  • Located in the United States or Puerto Rico with access to high-speed internet
