Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reports, data, and responses for various compliance processes within HR
- Support compliance reporting and manage HR policies
- Oversee HR Compliance employee tasks and respond to inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or HR
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Basic understanding of state and federal employment regulations
- Preferred qualifications include experience in compliance or regulatory roles within HR
