HR Compliance and Immigration Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HR Compliance & Immigration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a global HR compliance framework and ensure adherence to labor laws
• Lead compliance with pay equity reporting obligations and oversee global compensation and benefits compliance
• Develop and manage immigration strategies and global mobility programs to support workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on global employment compliance and immigration
• Experience managing global pay reporting requirements and conducting pay analyses
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in a multinational organization
• Familiarity with global HRIS and compensation analytics tools
