A company is looking for an HR Compliance Consultant to manage background check processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the background check adjudication process for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Consult with HR peers and legal teams to develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Oversee HR compliance initiatives related to customer contracts and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 or more years of HR or compliance experience
- Experience in constructing and revising HR policies and processes
- Ability to apply knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience with client management and business literacy
- Master's degree preferred
