Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Consultant to manage background check processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the background check adjudication process for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Consult with HR peers and legal teams to develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee HR compliance initiatives related to customer contracts and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 or more years of HR or compliance experience
  • Experience in constructing and revising HR policies and processes
  • Ability to apply knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Experience with client management and business literacy
  • Master's degree preferred
