A company is looking for an HR Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall service delivery of the HR Compliance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide direction and guidance to the HR Compliance team, planning for capacity needs and execution of deliverables
• Manage escalated critical issues and lead complex HR Compliance-related initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within Human Resources
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
