HR Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of the HR Compliance Program, including policy management and compliance monitoring
• Develop and maintain HR compliance policies and procedures in line with employment laws and regulations
• Oversee HR compliance audits and assessments, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with ownership of HR compliance programs
• 2+ years of experience overseeing a company-wide immigration program
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
