Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Human Resources Compliance & Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team focused on HR compliance, policy, and global processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations, including oversight of federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage global Leave Administration and oversee HR inquiries and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in human resources or related fields supporting a global organization
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a business equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
  • Strong internal customer focus and relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
