Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and develop corrective measures
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR compliance, providing guidance and training to staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
- 5-7+ years of HR experience focusing on compliance, risk management, or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance investigations
- HR certifications preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
