Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Partner to lead and enhance HR compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and develop corrective measures
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR compliance, providing guidance and training to staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience focusing on compliance, risk management, or employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance investigations
  • HR certifications preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
