Key Responsibilities

• Own HR compliance programs end-to-end, including design, governance, and oversight
• Translate regulations into practical People processes and provide guidance and training
• Build and manage compliance controls related to hiring, role changes, and terminations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws, especially in multi-state environments
• Ability to design compliance frameworks and operational processes
• Strong program management skills to prioritize work and manage dependencies
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment
