Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act
  • Maintain and update a portfolio of global and regional people policies in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders
  • Support compliance-focused projects, including audits, policy rollouts, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or a related function
  • Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations
  • Experience developing and maintaining an employee handbook
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and some knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
