Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act
- Maintain and update a portfolio of global and regional people policies in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders
- Support compliance-focused projects, including audits, policy rollouts, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or a related function
- Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations
- Experience developing and maintaining an employee handbook
- Strong understanding of HR policies and some knowledge of employment law
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
