Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Process & Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee handbook content
- Document and enhance HR processes, creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support HR-related M&A activities and coordinate integration tasks for acquired employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or process optimization
- Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
