HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Process & Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee handbook content
• Document and enhance HR processes, creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support HR-related M&A activities and coordinate integration tasks for acquired employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or process optimization
• Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
