HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal policies
• Maintain and update HR policies, conduct internal audits, and support immigration services
• Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams and communicate policy updates organization-wide

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR compliance or a related HR function
• Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and federal contractor compliance preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, ADA)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
