Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, HR Compliance (Predictive Scheduling).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with predictive scheduling laws and monitor weekly scheduling activity
- Manage compliance training development and ensure timely completion of training modules
- Support updates to employee handbooks and HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal changes
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Four (4) years' experience in Human Resources or a related function
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
