HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, HR Compliance (Predictive Scheduling).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with predictive scheduling laws and monitor weekly scheduling activity
• Manage compliance training development and ensure timely completion of training modules
• Support updates to employee handbooks and HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal changes

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Four (4) years' experience in Human Resources or a related function
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
