Job Summary
To support HR compliance initiatives, the full-time HR Compliance Specialist will manage immigration services, oversee compliance reporting, and update HR policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with global immigration vendors to ensure compliance and support immigration services
- Own and manage HR compliance and workforce audit reports, including AAP, EEO-1, and ADA
- Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams and communicate policy updates across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Compliance or a related HR function
- Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and federal contractor compliance
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP, EEOC, and ADA
- Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
