HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the HR Global Compliance team, the full-time HR Compliance Specialist will manage deemed export compliance activities, assist with background checks, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process deemed export compliance activities, ensuring forms are complete and accurate while resolving discrepancies
• Act as backup for HR compliance programs, including background checks and global right to work processes
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines and documentation for compliance programs, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-5 years of HR, compliance, or related professional experience
• Experience with I-9 verification and compliance audits
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data privacy and export control regulations preferred
