Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Connect Representative to provide customer service support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
  • Process requests/documents and update HR systems while ensuring efficient delivery of customer service
  • Support various HR work streams including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Benefits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in HR/payroll administrative or support role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Human Resource contact/service center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources, benefits administration, and payroll preferred
